Self Study before the Main Thing

I got interested with the web development industry and I am currently doing some self studies before I take a crash course about it, and software development as well so I could enjoy it and earn money at the same time. The general term web development is often considered the main thing about web site developing. Although, I found out that web development actually refers only to the non-design aspects of building web sites, which mainly includes coding and writing markup. It ranges from the simplest thing which is plain text, to the more complicated internet application. Software development on the other hand is the set of activities that results in software products. This may include research, new development, modification, reuse, re-engineering, maintenance, or any other activities that result in software products.

Another important thing is database design. It is the process of producing a detailed data model of a database. This logical data model contains all the needed logical and physical design choices and physical storage parameters needed to generate a design in a Data Definition Language, which can then be used to create a database. A fully attributed data model contains detailed attributes for each entity. All three are important in creating a web site. Then of course talent comes in to make a good web page.
