Designing to Advising Software

I am currently designing a web site specially made for a particular small business for online book retail, kind of like Amazons.com, but the difference is they only sell hard to find books, and I am the one making the web site. I also found out that the company that I am making the site for also has its own bookstore in the city and he basically do the same thing. I was able to get some pictures of the shop since the owner gave me the images and I must say, the store is quite big for such bookstore. Although, he told me that he is having some trouble handling his employees because he is his own accountant, since he said he was an accounting graduate, and the store manager at the same time. He doesn’t want to hire an accountant because he said it would make it harder for him to have one since they might just clash in ideas. I told him he could get an employee payroll software and HR software so he wouldn’t need to do one hundred percent of the work and he could concentrate more on the managing stuff. I guess he did what I’ve said because he said he will be raising my pay.
